Assessment for EQ takes place in one of two ways:

1) Self-Assessment using the EQ-i Version 2.0 – you are directed to a secure site where you are asked to read 133 statements and rate their applicability to you. This takes about 20 minutes. 2) Multi-Rater Assessment or 360 degree Assessment (your own perceptions of your EQ are combined with the perceptions of others who know you well) using the EQ-360 – you are sent directions to select and categorize your raters as well as instructions to take the EQ-i. We then create the report and contact you to review your results. We then follow up with two additional ‘complimentary’ coaching sessions.
