Emotional Intelligence Courses

Our emotional intelligence courses belong to two general categories: 1) Emotional Intelligence Certification (to use the EQi-2.0®/EQ-360 2.0 from MHS) and 2) Emotional Intelligence Skills Courses.

1) Emotional Intelligence Certification consists of certification to use the new EQi-2.0® assessment tool from MHS Inc. as well as the EQ-360 2.0 both together in the same two day course with additional online pre-work (approx. 1 hour). Additionally, we will continue to offer the EQ-360 2.0 Certification as a stand-alone webinar for those who have taken the EQ-i certification in the past and would like to add EQ-360 2.0 certification to their service offering. 2) Emotional Intelligence skills courses are designed to improve the emotional intelligence skills (EQ) of participants for various purposes. i) EQ for Personal Leadership (offered as a public, open enrollment course AND as a custom course specifically for organizations); ii) EQ for Senior Leadership  (offered as a custom course specifically for Senior Leadership Teams and Boards of Directors – may also be offered as a public, open enrollment course from time to time); and iii) EQ for Leadership: Train-the-Trainer Course for coaches, trainers, HR, and employee development professionals offered on an open enrollment basis following each certification course as an optional third day or as a stand-alone course.
