Every personalized report comes with 3 coaching sessions with one of our qualified EQ Coaches. The first session is to review the results of your EQ assessment to realize areas of strength and areas where you might want to improve and to talk about creating an EQ Development Action Plan. The second session is to review your ‘homework’ from the first session and to challenge you to achieve greater levels of change. The third session is to follow up with the second session and to point you in the direction you want to go. Whether you choose to continue the coaching process or not you will have had enough of an experience of coaching to make an informed decision.

Once you have completed your EQ assessment, we will create your report and schedule an appointment with you for your first coaching session.
