Do As One: Website of the Month

This month’s website is a site where you can breath with others around the world. Now that sounds really weird, but please allow me to suggest that you just try it before you dismiss it.
As I’m sure you are aware, meditation is one way to improve emotional intelligence skills, especially emotional self-awareness. There is something really quite relaxing, grounding, connecting, unifying – and cool about group breathing meditation and this site allows you to do it right from the comfort of your own home or office or homeoffice ;-) Just go to doasone.com1 and go to the Universal Breathing Room and follow the directions.
While you’re there, check out the Universal Laughter Room (incidently I have met Dr. Madan Kataria, at a conference in Kuala Lumpur, who has made his entire career out of laughter). Check out the Universal Ohm Room and Full Spectrum Breathing Room and all the other rooms and widgets as well. Let me know how it works for you by commenting below.
