HRMA conference 2016

I had the privilege of attending the 2016 HRMA conference this year at the Vancouver Convention Centre. I went to support my colleagues from our supplier of the EQ-i, MHS Inc. FYI, MHS is the largest publisher of psychometric assessments in Canada and Samantha and Ashley were there staffing the tradeshow booth and doing a great job. I was supposed to be in Malaysia, but that trip was re-scheduled to July (otherwise we would have had a tradeshow booth as we have had for the last several years), so I hung out at their booth for a while chatting with many past clients and introducing myself to HR folks I did not know before. I enjoyed walking around the tradeshow talking to various vendors and learning more about their products and services.
While I was there, the good people of Rise.xyz interviewed me and took the opportunity to talk a little about culture. Please check out a short clip from that interview here.
