The Heart and Science of Leadership Coming to Regina

We are very excited to announce a new course offering, The Heart and Science of Women’s Leadership. Our initial offering is hosted by Conexus Credit Union in Regina, Saskatchewan at their spacious Conexus Credit Union Training Centre, and the public is invited to join the group.
Leadership course for Women
The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report contains an extremely useful model of transformational leadership with 4 Dimensions: 1) Authenticity, 2) Coaching, 3) Insight, and 4) Innovation. The report then compares your EQ results with the 4 Dimensions of Transformational Leadership. This course delves into these 4 Dimensions in a deep and meaningful way and challenges participants to develop their skills to become more effective leaders.
Why focus on leadership for women? Women often juggle many roles and responsibilities along with social expectations and norms. As leaders in organizations, they face unique opportunities and challenges, often navigating additional roles and expectations. This course provides participants with an opportunity to have important conversations with their peers about how they experience and navigate their own leadership journeys.
The facilitators for this course are two very experienced members of our team who have held a variety of leadership positions throughout their rewarding careers. Jill Cory is an experienced health and social services leader and for the last many years worked as the leader of the Woman Abuse Response Program at BC Women’s Hospital. Jill Jamieson is a skilled outdoor program leader and for the past many years worked as the director and regional manager for the YMCA in Alberta.
