Crystal Finnigan
Crystal FinniganCrystal Finnigan is the Business Manager of EITC. Crystal has an extensive background in the Hospitality Industry and was part of the opening team of the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, downtown Calgary. Her training through numerous positions such as Assistant Manager – Front Office, Tour & Travel Executive, Sales Coordinator and Administrative Assistant has given her the skills to provide the best customer service possible to all EITC clients. In additional to her training, Crystal has received recognition with a “White Hat Nomination” for Administration, an award given to those who provide excellent customer service in Calgary.
Crystal background has given her a deep understanding for customer service and the need to be organized. She has a high level of attention to detail to ensure every EITC client who registers for our monthly courses have the best experience from beginning to end.
When not working, Crystal is busy volunteering for numerous community groups: Girl Guides of Canada, Calgary Fastball, Bow River Hockey, NW Ringette and her children’s school.
