DESCRIPTION:Wednesday at 10am PT is our monthly EQ Lab! We’re going to explore EQ through the lens of habits and intentions. \nWhich of your results represent habit more than intention? Do you default to quick decisions or action (i.e. impulse control)? Or do you tend to think first about other people\, rather than yourself (i.e. empathy)? \nAnd on the other side\, which of your results represents your intentions? Where have you been putting your focus and you can see it reflected in your results? \nIf there’s time\, we’re also planning to take a look at the Well-Being Indicator. \nPlease let us know if you have any questions or topics you would like to explore in upcoming EQ Labs! \nOn the first Wednesday of every month we meetup online. We get questions and topic ideas by email (thank you!) and presented to us during the meeting. We discuss various issues relating to using he EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.
