DESCRIPTION:The new year often feels like a good time for reflection; so our topic for this week’s EQ Lab is Self-Actualization. \nSelf-Actualization has two important aspects in the EQi 2.0: making life meaningful and self-improvement. At the EQ Lab\, we’re going to deepen our shared understanding of these two aspects\, reflect on our own self-actualization\, and explore how we can coach to self-actualization with our clients or teams. \nOn the first Wednesday of every month we meetup online. We get questions and topic ideas by email (thank you!) and presented to us during the meeting. We discuss various issues relating to using he EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.
