EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certification Course (2 day)

Assessment and coaching are important parts of any leadership development course and we use the world’s leading measures of Emotional Quotient Inventory ([EQ-i 2.0). You have the option of 2 unique reports: the EQ-i Leadership Report, which provides you with a detailed EQ Leadership profile. This can be enhanced with the EQ 360, a multi-rater assessment. The EQ-i 2.0 is an online assessment you complete prior to the course. You will review your results with one our qualified EQ coaches in a one-one telephone session prior to the course and then have access to two subsequent coaching sessions following the course.

+ Leading with Emotional Intelligence: (one day)

This has been our most popular course over the past decade. This one day course follows the EQ-i Certification course and provides participants with an overview of the fundamental concepts of Emotional Intelligence and their correlation to leadership. The course provides many interactive opportunities to explore how EQ-i skills relate to a transformational model of leadership, build EQ leadership skills and develop a leadership plan. This is a terrific opportunity to combine the technical skills that you need to become certified to deliver the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 to clients with Leading with Emotional Intelligence (Day 3), where you will learn and practice the 15 EQ-i skills and competencies.

You will receive one session to debrief your EQ-i report and after the course you will have 2 follow-up coaching sessions.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence: Two Day Course format

This 2-day course is requested by organizations world-widewill introduce the EQ-i 2.0 model and the 15 EQ Competencies and then, through discussion, video clips, and interactive learning activities, builds knowledge and skills that will help you develop or enhance your EQ. Participants will get a certificate of participation.
