Davide is a certified Leadership and Career Coach (PCC, CPCC) and Diversity & Inclusion Consultant who helps people and teams to develop their natural talents in order to become courageous and inspiring leaders. His unique coaching approach creates an authentic and trustful relationship with his clients, allowing them to get the clarity and the motivation they need to move forward and to realize their ambitious and fulfilling objectives in their life, both personally and professionally.

Davide has an extensive experience of over than 14 years in Human Resources within medium and large international organizations where he worked closely with leaders, inspiring them in creating visionary and innovative strategies. He is originally born and raised in Italy, before deciding to move to Canada; this variety of horizons and experiences crafted his vision of promoting a more diverse and inclusive world.
