Master Integral Coach and accomplished leader with 40 years of progressive management experience within large, diverse organizations, in senior and executive-level positions. Possesses in-depth experience in personnel and resource management, leading complex domestic and international initiatives. Breadth of experience as an experienced Superior Officer, working in several national / international single, joint, and combined environments, in peacetime and during times of tension and war. Over the last nine years of his military career, he served in senior positions requiring effective interpersonal and strategic skills in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Canadian Armed Forces veteran (OMM, MSM, CD), fluent in English and French.

Greg’s passion has always been supporting, developing and empowering people to identify and connect deeply with their own unique sense of purpose and is well positioned to help them unlock their full potential. Therefore, to continue to feed his passion he enrolled at Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) and now certified as a Master Integral Coach^TM specializing in leadership development. 

Greg’s entire adult life has been spent in leadership roles, mentoring others around taking ownership of their lives and careers. He draws on over thirty-five years of experience of fieldwork and collective wisdom, international and operational experience at the executive level. With this experience alongside the Integral Coaching® Method, he is able to foster people to become leaders in their own circles of influence, large and small. He enjoys working with people who have a deep commitment to leadership and are ready and willing to self- develop and grow past their current limitations.
