When combined with the EQ-i 2.0 Certification Course, this one day Leading with Emotional Intelligence course provides you with a comprehensive approach to the application of the EQ-i 2.0 Model of EQ to leadership training and coaching. This is an opportunity to learn to deliver workshops/courses on emotional intelligence as it is related to leadership. We encourage and recommend it for HR professionals, coaches, trainers and consultants who want to take their EI knowledge, skills and competencies to the next level.
In addition, you will receive the participant workbook, course outline, PowerPoint slides, video clips and exercises from this course – all in modifiable form so you can edit and use these materials in any way that meets your unique needs.

Excellent balance of theory, science and practical applications
I just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic workshop! I really enjoyed the EI course which re-inspired me on a number of levels – personally, relationally and professionally. The many positive comments that participants were making to each other during lunch and coffee breaks is a measure of just how good this training was. David’s ability to present on EI with a deep respectful interpersonal presence and gentle humor made the hours fly by. Even though I came to the workshop with a solid background knowledge of emotional intelligence, this course’s excellent balance of theory, science and practical applications stretched me even further.

EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report
You have the option to purchase an EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report, which compares your EQ results with other leaders, and maps your EQ competencies onto a transformational leadership model and includes strategies to improve leadership effectiveness using emotional intelligence competencies. If you work in the area of leadership development, we strongly recommend this report.
The fees, plus applicable taxes (depending on location), include all materials received before or during the workshop, meals and refreshments served during the training, as well as certification in the EQ-i2.0/EQ 360 from MHS.

This certification course, licenced by Multi-Health Systems Inc., will include detailed information and instruction on the administration, scoring, interpretation, development, norming, reliability and validity of the EQ-i 2.0®. It will provide you with the information you will need to make educated and informed decisions regarding your employees or clients and to form the basis of a sound emotional intelligence skills development program.
