Practice your EQ-i 2.0 debrief skills with other EITC alumni
If you’re new to EQ Certification, or want to deepen your skill in administering EQ-i 2.0 assessments, we have a great new free alumni program for you.
EITC Peer Debrief Program
Whenever we learn a new skill, it takes time, practice and commitment to build that skill, to develop confidence, clarity and real depth in the skill. Even the combination of time and natural ability isn’t quite enough to guarantee expertise. It’s about how we spend that time. This is deliberate practice.
In deliberate practice, we need to be fully committed and present to learning the skill we’re working on, and minimize distractions as much as possible.
Our new Peer Debrief Program is designed to help you do just that. Working with other EITC alumni who are also committed to their growth, you will have the opportunity to practice and develop your debrief skills, from preparing for the debrief, to setting the stage, identifying and co-creating practices or development strategies.
Practice, accessibility, and professional development
The aim of the EITC Peer Debrief program is to make practice more accessible for our alumni, thereby strengthening the alumni community by supporting their ongoing professional and personal development with the best means we know how — practice!
In Level 1, alumni will be paired to provide each other with one debrief, using your own EQ-i 2.0 reports.
Participants schedule their own times to debrief one another via phone or video call. There are start and end dates to each level of the program.
