Help a colleague grow and get a thank you gift

Dear EITC Community Members;
You’ve helped bring emotional intelligence into boardrooms, coaching sessions, and leadership teams around the world and that work matters. Thank you for being part of the mission.
Your commitment to building self-awareness, empathy, effective leadership and being all-around amazing humans continuously inspires our work.
We need your help spreading the word
Our next EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Online Certification runs September 21-24, 2026, with our Developing EQ Course following on September 28-29.
If you are ready to enroll in our EQ-i Certification program, we would love to have you attend.
If you are an alumnus and have colleagues, fellow coaches, or leaders in your network who would benefit from incorporating EQ-i 2.0 into their work or who are seeking ICF-accredited continuing education credits, we would be immensely grateful if you passed along information about this upcoming session.
Refer someone, get a gift
There are two easy ways to help:
- Option 1: Share the certification link: Forward this email to them or send them the certification page directly: (https://www.eitrainingcompany.com/eq-i-certification/). They can mention your name in the notes section when they’re completing the course registration form. Or you can let us know who you referred to us.
- Option 2: Make the intro: If you know someone who’d benefit and you’re comfortable connecting us, reach out to our team member, Eric, eric [at] eitrainingcompany [dot] com, and include their name and email and we’ll take it from there.
If someone enrols as a result of your referral before the end of our last certification course of the year December 14-17,, we will notify you via email and we will get your delivery address so that we can send you a complimentary deck of one of our learning tools:
- EITC Emotions Cards: A practical visual aid designed to facilitate emotional awareness, literacy, and coaching dialogues, or
- EITC Competency Cards: A structured tool to explore the EQ-i 2.0 subscales and leadership competencies with clients and teams.
Thank you once again for being an extraordinary part of the EITC community and for continuing to lead with emotional intelligence.
Warmly,
David Cory, Jill Cory and the EITC Team
