Centre for Nonviolent Communication
My pick for website of the month is the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
This site is built around the work of Marshall Rosenberg, who wrote the excellent book, Non-Violent Communication. One of the central themes in Rosenberg’s work is compassion. I think it’s important if we are to be honest with ourselves that we also have compassion for ourselves as well. Rosenberg talks about this as well.
I like the wealth of resources that are shared on this website. Take a look around and see what’s there. I think non-violent or compassionate communication is emotional intelligence applied.
