EQ Tools: Michigan Reach Out! is a program that links college students and community members with teens and children in mentoring relationships. They created a workshop to better understand feelings and emotions and posted a preview with the statement, “we permit anyone to use these materials, but not to sell them.” So, feel free to get some great ideas for some exercises from this little overview.
