Really looking forward to seeing what difference this is gonna make around me
It was more than I bargained for, but in a good way. I kind of thought, well, this is gonna be a few days of information, and I’ll get this cert and that’ll be good. I did not anticipate how engaging it would be. I didn’t anticipate how connecting you would be with everyone in the group. And even, like, that first day where everyone’s talking about where they’re from or some of their background, like, well, this is a whole lot of different people. How is this gonna work? And just the difference from maybe that mild awkwardness of not knowing everyone from day one to where we are now is it’s really amazing that that was created in four days. So that that just I think that just speaks to the depth of what we were looking at. And I also appreciated just how y’all facilitated and made me feel comfortable with the material so that even when we went into those breakout rooms, like, I knew it was okay to fail. I didn’t have to I didn’t have to perform even though II needed to go through it. It was okay for me to just kinda crash through it and that made me feel even more confident than I thought that I would. So, overall, like, I appreciate the whole thing and I’m really looking forward to seeing what difference this is gonna make around me.
