  1. Hi Jared, free alternatives abound, but none are scientifically valid. As you probably know, scientific validity requires a financial investment. Few companies have invested more than MHS Assessments, Canada’s largest publisher of psychometric assessments in scientific validation. This has resulted in the EQ-i 2.0, the world’s leading assessment for emotional intelligence used by such companies as Google, Amazon, Nike, and Microsoft – just to name a few.
